The Ridgway branch of PNC Bank received a strong turnout for its grand reopening event held Friday afternoon at 301 Main St.
The Family Festival provided a variety entertainment for adults and children including a live radio remote by WDDH-FM, 97.5.
Children took their chances to win a $150, $100 and $50 gift cards on the PNC prize wheel and Plinko. A U.S. Savings Bond was awarded to the winning child in the coloring contest.
"We are here willing to talk to anybody that has any questions regarding anything financial," said regional manager Peter B. Harrington. "We have people from mortgage, wealth management and investments, helping with the simplest needs to the most complex."
Employees from other branches were brought in to relieve the Ridgway branch employees in order for them to take part in the festivities and celebrate the major renovation the bank underwent over the past several months.
"We have added the privacy by bringing it up-to-date," Harrington said. "We are making it friendlier for our customers and also giving them more privacy."
