Borough to make substantial timber sale

The Ridgway Borough Council recently approved an $82,000 timber sale to Kane Hardwoods in an area off of Water Works Road by a 4-3 vote.
The area is located near the reservoir with approximately 500 cherry and oak trees trees to be select cut between two locations on both sides of Water Works Road.
