Damage assessment continues Friday

Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency [PEMA] officials continued to work hand-in-hand with area residents and emergency officials Friday to assess the damage from Wednesday's flooding that ravaged Elk County, particularly Ridgway where floodwaters reached six feet in some areas.
