Daniel J. Warner

Daniel J. Warner, age 54, of 101 North Mill Ave., Ridgway, died Monday afternoon in Ridgway Township. He was born Feb. 27, 1956 in Meadville son of the late James V. and Joan E. (Kennedy) Warner. He had resided in Ridgway for most of his life and was Catholic by faith. He was a 1974 graduate of the Ridgway High School. He was a member of the American Legion Post #208 and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of the Vietnam era. He had been employed by Caldwell Corp. for 15 years.
He is survived by one sister, Lynn A. Trumbull of Ridgway; and three nephews, Eric and Bryan Trumbull, both of Ridgway, and Kristopher Warner of Erie. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jeffery V. Warner.
A memorial Service for Daniel J. Warner will be held at the Thompson Funeral Home on Thursday at 4 p.m. Officiating will be Fr. Brian E. Vossler, pastor of St. Leo Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Oakmont Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
Memorials if desired can be made to the Ridgway YMCA.
