DQ cutest pet contest raises $1,196.53 for Humane Society

ST. MARYS – Prizes were awarded to the top finishers in St. Marys Dairy Queen's cutest pet contest on Sunday afternoon and a check for $1,196.53 was presented to the Elk County Humane Society.
