ST. MARYS – Headed into the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) State Leadership Conference in Hershey in the category of network design, Elk County Catholic High School sophomores Joe Tamburlin and Matt Feldbauer found themselves up against some tough competition. Many of their main competitors were seniors, and some had even previously taken network design courses, which are not offered at ECC. Despite the disadvantages they faced, the Crusader duo was able to use their "good business attitude" during their presentation to earn a fourth-place finish in the competition.
