Patrons can now schedule all of their beauty and health needs in one place at the Hello Beautiful complete day spa and full service styling studio located at 233 Main St. in Ridgway.
Owners Michelle and Dan Howard celebrated the studio's opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday afternoon. A grand opening celebration will be held Oct. 15.
The complete day spa offers manicures, pedicures, facials, detoxifying and firming body wraps, a relaxation jacuzzi room, massages, Reiki and a fitness room.
"Reiki is a system of natural healing that involves channeling energy through your hands to promote balance and good health for your body," Michelle said.
The fitness studio will be available Oct. 6 and will offer a variety of lessons including Yo-Chi, latin fusion, chair-chi, footloose and yoga.
"The full service styling studio offers everything hair," Michelle said.
After four and a half months of renovations Dan and Michelle are very pleased with the results and grateful for all of the effort T.O. Fitch from F&A Contracting and Nancy Tomaski, owner of Paint My World, put into the project.
"When we bought this place it was two gigantic empty rooms," Michelle said. "We have people that come in and say that they don't even see things like this in the city. We wanted to bring a big city feel to the town."
Dan noted that by keeping the original tin ceilings intact helped to blend the antique look into the modern.
"We gave T.O. and Nancy an idea of what we were going for and they transformed it into this," Dan said. "Those two really created this whole thing. It was Michelle's vision and they actually made it happen. You give him [Fitch] the idea and he'll create things that are one of a kind."
Hello Beautiful opened its doors Sept. 13 and has already received a strong turnout.
"I'm thankful for all of the people that have stayed with me over the years and we invite everyone to stop by," Michelle said.
