JOHNSONBURG – The Johnsonburg Public Library recently dedicated a new genealogy room in memory of Richard and Gwendolyn Smith.
Community representatives along with family members of Richard and Gwendolyn gathered at the library to celebrate the grand opening of the genealogy room, which also features a portrait of the Smiths painted by Lynda Pontzer. The portrait was donated to the library by the Cummings and Zappia families, both relatives of the Smiths.
