MacDonald reflects on making Big 30 team

December 3, 2013

Ben MacDonald (2) runs for big yardage against Brockway during a game in September this season. MacDonald had 304 all-purpose yards against the Rovers in a 40-20 win.

One major accomplishment has Ridgway quarterback/safety Ben MacDonald in rare company.
Ridgway head coach Mark Heindl said MacDonald was named to the Big 30 team as a junior, one of only five Ridgway football players in the program’s history to be named to the team before their senior season.
