Melissa Aul, resource conservation technician for the Elk County Conservation District, reported the district, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, will host another round of agricultural workshops for area farmers and animal owners.
Last week, Aul helped to put on an agricultural assistance workshop as well as an equine assistance workshop which covered topics ranging from erosion and sediment control to reviewing the 2011 version of the manure management manual.
