Patricia J. Shobert

Patricia J. Shobert, age 79, of 3110 Montmorenci Rd., Ridgway died Wednesday evening at Elk Regional Health Center following a lengthy illness. She was born Aug. 24, 1931 in Ridgway daughter of the late Charles and Julie (Pompe) Tramack. She married Clayton A. Shobert on Aug. 24, 1963, he survives. She had resided in Ridgway all of her life and was Catholic by Faith. She had been employed by the Elliott Company, Stackpole Carbon in Johnsonburg, Lundstens, and Hoochies Laundromat.
Surviving besides her husband is one daughter, Julia A. Yankovich and her husband Mark of Ridgway, two granddaughters Madison and Kaitlin Yankovich of Ridgway, one sister Agnes Huling of Erie, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter at birth Vonda Shobert, five brothers Oliver, Edward, Frederick, Daniel Tramack, James Tramack in childhood and one sister Mary Herzing.
As per Patricia's wishes there will be no visitation or Funeral Service. Burial will be in St. Leo Cemetery. Memorials if desired can be made to the Ridgway Ambulance Corp., or to the Ridgway Fire Department. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Thompson Funeral Home.
