Ridgway boys basketball finishes sweep of Brockway

January 28, 2014

Ridgway sophomore Jeremy Breier scores a putback for Ridgway during a 43-20 win over Brockway. Breier led all scorers with 22 points.

Early on, Ridgway sophomore Jeremy Breier made it clear he could handle the offensive load against Brockway.
Breier scored a game-high 22 points and the first 10 points of the game as Ridgway defeated AML South foe Brockway 43-20 in boys basketball action Monday night at Ridgway Area High School.
"In this situation, we were hoping that Jeremy doesn't have to carry so much of the load," Ridgway coach Anthony Allegretto said. "Ben had a couple of takes but he needs to give it a couple more. He can go in there and hit that pull-up jumper. He's gotten used to allowing Josh and Joe and Jeremy to look more for their scoring."
