The Salvation Army at 245 Main St. is hosting a Youth Lock-In Monday, Aug. 18 for kids from 5 years old to 12.
There will be Sloppy Joe sandwiches, a sundae bar, tie-dyeing T-shirts, and a movie. The event is free although if parents have anything they might contribute to help with the Sloppy Joes and ice cream sundaes such as rolls, sprinkles or the like, it would be greatly welcome.
Kids are asked to bring a T-shirt for the tie-dyeing activity and the movie will be “God’s Not Dead” based on the Newsboys song.
