Supervisors discuss seismic testing

May 14, 2014

Bryant Mitchell, seismic permit manager for Blueline Geo, was on hand Tuesday night to discuss upcoming seismic testing to be conducted throughout Elk County.
"The majority of the testing will be conducted on game lands and there are 1,600 private landowners who also received letters, with over 1,000 of those landowners having one acre," Mitchell said. "This is for the whole project itself and I don't know exactly for how many in the township."
Residents throughout Elk County recently received letters from Blueline Geo regarding future seismic testing throughout the area.
