Township supervisors provide signage updates

During the regular meeting of the Johnsonburg Borough Council held earlier this month, chief of police Bryan Parana announced his intention in contacting the Ridgway Township Board of Supervisors concerning additional signage near the intersection of Long Level Road and Water Street in Ridgway Township as tractor-trailers have repeatedly been using this route as an entrance into Johnsonburg.
"We're running a huge problem; it's daily," Parana said. “There’s nowhere for them to back up once they get down here at Hickory Street. They’re at a deadlock so they’re either going the wrong way down the one way or they’re chewing up the intersections down there by Cushing Avenue.”
