Waterline replacement project poised to begin

The Ridgway Borough Council recently approved a bid for a waterline replacement project which will run from Oak Street near O.B. Grant Park to Water Works Road, which will take place primarily in the westbound lane of route 3002.
Council unanimously voted to approve the lowest bidder, Klinginsmith Construction Co. based out of Conneaut Lake, who put in a bid of approximately $1.312 million.
