Weisner, Dippold medal at cross country states

Runners from both Elk County Catholic High School and St. Marys Area High School traveled to Hershey on Saturday to take part in the 2013 PIAA State Cross Country Championships at the Parkview Cross Country Course.
Two of those runners, both members of the Lady Crusader squad, returned home with state medals. ECC senior Kennedy Weisner earned her fourth state cross country medal with a third place finish in the Girls A race. Weisner completed the course in a time of 19:21. Finishing right behind her in fourth was junior teammate Victoria Dippold, who crossed the line in 19:32 to earn her second state medal.
