Wolves clinch AML South

October 19, 2013

Jeremy Breier had a touchdown reception for Ridgway against Kane.

KANE – Kane football entered Friday's game undefeated and left the same way.
The Wolves also left with the AML South Division crown.
Kane clinched a spot in the AML championship game with a 27-18 win over Ridgway Friday night at Paul R. Miller Stadium to move to 8-0 on the season.
"At this point in the year, I am happy," Kane coach Todd Silfies said. "We just won the AML South. That's a good football team we beat. They're much better than 3-5. They had injuries and issues early in the season. That's a great football team. At this point in the year, it's a win. Just win the football game, that's all that matters. I'm very much excited for our guys winning the South against an extremely tough team."
