Work continues on waterline replacement

A waterline replacement project continues between Ridgway Borough and Ridgway Township in an effort to better serve water customers.
The new lines will stretch all the way to Laurel Mill Reservoir.
Customers in the west end and Laurel Mill Road areas were not expected to have water service today from 10 a.m until 8 p.m., according to an automated telephone message, however the reason for the water service stoppage is unknown.
