During the regular meeting of the Ridgway Borough Council, Main Street manager Michelle Bogacki provided council members with updates concerning the recreational area downtown including the skatepark.
She reported on a recent meeting held with area youth as well as several adults and a contractor in order to address some of the disrepair at Ridgway's skatepark.
"We're going to get some of the safety issues and repairs and some of the things Earl [Pontious] had brought to our attention in regard to the disrepair of the park itself," she said.
