Main St., Bradford, was charged with murder in the Jan. 16 shooting death of his son-in-law Melvin Daniel Bizzarro, 43, also of Bradford.Stidd allegedly shot Bizzarro about 9:30 a.m. Jan. 16 behind Togi’s Restaurant at 412 E.
