District Judge presides over multiple cases

The following recently had cases before District Judge Mark Jacob of St. Marys:
Aaron Denis Odenbaugh, 48, of Byrnedale, was waived for court on a felony charge of assault of a law enforcement officer and a misdemeanor charge of recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $100,000 monetary, straight cash. Odenbaugh was remanded to the Elk County Prison as he was unable to post bail.
Cody Alan Anders, 22, of St. Marys, was waived for court on felony charges of eight counts of rape-forcible compulsion, eight counts of rape of a child, eight counts of statutory sexual assault, eight counts of incest, and eight counts of sexual assault. Bail was set at $50,000 monetary, straight cash.
Randy Lee Burress, 43, of Rockton, was held for court on felony charges of three counts of burglary-not adapted for overnight accommodation no person present, five counts of criminal attempt-breaking into a structure; misdemeanor charges of two counts of theft by unlawful taking-movable property, two counts of receiving stolen property, and three counts of possession of an instrument of crime with intent to employ it. Felony charges of two counts of burglary-not adapted for overnight accommodation no person present were dismissed. Bail was set at $100,000 monetary, straight cash. Burress was remanded to the Elk County Prison as he was unable to post bail.
Joseph David Kriner, 20, of St. Marys, was waived for court on a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief-damage to property and a summary offense of criminal trespassing-simple trespasser. Felony charges of burglary-overnight accommodation, no person present and conspiracy to commit burglary-overnight accommodation, no person present were withdrawn. Bail was set at $25,000 monetary, straight cash. Kriner was remanded to the Elk County Prison as he was unable to post bail.
Thomas Patrick Ackroyd, 37, of Jay Township, was held for court on a felony charge of aggravated assault and arrest prior to required visitation. Bail was set at $25,000 monetary, straight cash. Ackroyd was remanded to the Elk County Prison as he was unable to post bail.
