PGC approves right-of-way access donation in Elk County

During their first quarterly meeting of 2018 on Tuesday morning, the Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners approved a right-of-way access donation in Horton Township, Elk County related to State Game Lands (SGL) No. 44. The meeting was live-streamed on the agency's website.
According to the meeting agenda, the property in question was a 0.121 irregularly shaped narrow strip of land bisecting a corner of SGL 44. The property is owned by members of the Brosky family, who were identified as being George E. Brosky, George T. Brosky, Paul N. Brosky, Yvonne M. Brosky, William T. Brosky and Cynthia L. Williams.
