Ridgway hoops teams and Ramettes get wins

Ridgway's Eve Cobaugh puts up a shot against Curwensville during the Lady Elkers, 30-13, home win Tuesday night. The win upped the Ridgway girls mark to 9-5 and surpassed last season's win total of eight. Christina Fullem led the Lady Elkers with 16 points. The Ridgway boys were, 59-18, winners at Curwensville to improve to 9-5. Matt Dush led the way with 14 points. Zach Zameroski (13) and Dom Allegretto (10) also hit for double-digits. The Johnsonburg Ramettes won their second game of the season with a, 43-11, home win over Sheffield. Kaci Stelene scored 15 points and Tess Kocjancic 13 for Johnsonburg.
