Ridgway man jailed on meth charges

A Ridgway man is currently confined in the Elk County Prison on $250,000 bail on allegations that he manufactured and used meth inside of his Metoxet Street home.
Todd Donald Bogacki, 47, of 26 Metoxet Street, stands accused of manufacturing and using methamphetamine out of his Metoxet Street duplex.
Bogacki is charged with felony charges of conspiracy - manufacture delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver; conspiracy - possess red phosphorus etc. with intent to manufacture controlled substances; operating a methamphetamine lab; and criminal use of a communication facility.
Additionally, Bogacki is charged with misdemeanor charges of knowingly possessing ephedrine, intent to possess a controlled substance by a person not regulated, and recklessly endangering another person.
